When Jack Kirby did Sky Master comic strip in the 1950's, some newspapers published it in three tiers, and other newspapers published it in four tiers. When it was published in four tiers an extra panel was needed for the strip, and this is the extra panel for Sunday 34. Pencilled by Kirby (and I believe inked by himself as well, probably assited by Roz).
